It has a W a NH l18 and 1-037
W stands for World Products
I-037 designates they are World Sportsman heads, and are 200cc runners.
NH is New Haven foundry which is out of business ( were cast at several different foundries ,unique identifier for each one )
Most were 64cc combustion chamber with a 2.02-2.05 valve.

One of the best heads available in their day ( 1987 )
Originally sold as "Dart II" heads but World Products no longer connected with Dart
Still popular today for class racing where a " stock " cast iron head has to be used

Re: head identification

Out of curiosity, how are you managing to get that up to 11.5:1 to CR?

Stock TPI - or any upgrades?
Exhaust upgrades yet?

Re: head identification
