Good Head/Cam combo?

I was searching on the forum for good head/cam combo with a tpi setup. I have found comp cams and some 180-190cc heads that are aluminium to be the best deal. I was wondering for your guys opinion on this.

Would this be a good setup with 373 gears, custom exhuaust, stealth ram air with custom ram air induction and a/c delete to run 12 sec range?

Comp 503 cam
Patriot Heads
Stealth Intake
373 gears
Full 2 1/2 exhaust

That is what I have planned and want a 12 sec car.

Re: Good Head/Cam combo?

I think u can buy the HSR for either vortec or non vortec heads right from Holley. I used to run a Mini ram on dart heads and when i bought the MR from TPIS i had a choice for it to fit the vortecs or not.
