need gas tank mesurement

i bent my fuel neck taking my tank out, i was wondering if someone had a tank layin around and they could take and give me a mesurement from the ground to the bottom of the fill port while the tank is sittin on the ground so i can bend mine back right

If you just bent it a little bit to get it out, you'll need to leave it bent to get it back in - once the tank is in place and strapped, then you can use a very long screwdriver or something, stick it in the fill hole, and bend it back so that the hole centers with the plastic cup. Most of us have to bend them just a bit to wiggle the tank out.

o no its bent like a SOB, it got caught and i didnt know it and pulled like crazy on it, i have got to get it in the "ballpark"

BTW its not CM my friend that would be 35.6"

its MM and it equals 3.56" for anyone else who may need it
