Is it the starter?
So I picked up a 1992 Camaro RS yesterday for $600. Put a battery in it and I shot some starting fluid in the TBI and it fired up. Then I drove it home. After I shut the engine down I went to crank it over to start it up and it just clicks rapidly. I'm thinking its the starter or the solenoid. Am I right?

Re: Is it the starter?
I borrowed the battery out of my pickup which start with it just fine, tried to crank the Camaro over with it and it just clicks. So i put it back in my pickup and it started right up with it. I didn't check what it was reading for volts.
Well it looks like the battery was part of it. I put one in it that was almost new and it cranked over and fired right up. Now I'm either out of fuel or my fuel pump is bad
