computer chip reprograming?

Car: 86 trans am gta,and 88 corvette
Engine: TA-355ci tpi,vette 383 tpi
Transmission: 5spd manual,700r4
Axle/Gears: borgwarner 370 posi,vette is stock
computer chip reprograming?
i have a 86 trans-am with a 94 lt1 block bored .030 over stock with the tpi fuel injection from a 88 vette.comp cam,roller rockers,heavy duty valve springs,headers,3" dual exhaust.my question is can i use the chip from the 88 vette ? and will it learn the modifications that i have made ?or will i have to purchase a custom programed chip?

So you have adapted a TPI intake to suit the LT1 heads ; a rather backwards step
