I admit, I do work with Ford mod motors quite a bit, and I do like Ford products, but I'm never on Ford forums, and now I know why.

The following is a quote regarding making 300hp (in a '95 Tbird) with the stock 4.6L. Keep in mind the Tbird 4.6L makes 205-210HP (btw, my emphasis on the 4.11s):

"hitting 300 hp shouldn't be that difficult...
a good set of headers and 4:11 gear should put you pretty close.
a healthy camshaft should put you way above 300hp"

I won't even talk about some guy thinking rearend gearing is gonna make your engine output higher, so since when have headers been good for 50% power increase

4:11 gears? seriously?? 4 to 11???
What kind of f'ing overdrive is that?? lol that's a 0.36 gear ratio higher numerical ratios such as 4.11's increase effective torque at the wheel, not horsepower

I'm not trying to down someone cause of what they don't know. Everybody starts somewhere. Heck, alot of you guys have forgotten more about cars than I know lol... But, Lord, DON'T post when you don't have a clue!

So,in conclusion, thanks guys, for being knowledgable.. I promise to never curse alittle when someone swears the 327 makes more power than the 350
