305 torque specs???

Can anyone tell me the torque specks for the fallowing parts?

1990 305 block (made in canada)

Aluminum after market intake (patern and torque specks)
Flywheel (pattern and torque specks)

Basicly I'm sticking in my newly rebuilt 305 I got while I'm rebuilding my factory 305 into a stroker motor and lost my camaro book in my resent move, motors ready to drop in but I forgot the torque down specks and pattern to bolt everything down to.

Thanks for the help.

Flywheel torque to crank: 60 ft.lbs.

You will be o.k. if you use a star pattern (this will always work if you're not sure).
