Help With Cam Choice

The choice(s) at hand.. A crower Roller Cam(00470) specs... 286/292..232-240 @.050...549/559. Im debating on this VS. the XR288HR from comp cam. They have almost mirroring images of each other, except at .50 the duration is shorty with the crower. Does anyone have any EXPERIENCE with THIS Crower cam and how will it perform in a 383sbc with AFR195;10.5 compression
