Drove into a big puddle Saturday night
Hey guys,
This past saturday night we had a stupid amount of rain falling, and the IROC went into a relatively big puddle on the street. Not like a river, just fairly big.
Right away, the SES light came on, and the car started idling screwy. It stalled once, and when it didn't stall, it felt like it was going to die with the RPMS going from 400 to 800.
I parked the car over night, and it dried out, and now the car is driving perfect again. However, this problem happened once before, and I'd like to take care of it before it happens again. What could be getting wet that is causing the car to do this? (ps. It drives fine in regular rain, just we had an insane amount of rain saturday night).
Thank you

Pull the code and post it
Most likely you just sucked up a ton of water and it coated the MAF. Once the MAFs resistors dried off, it runs fine
