Egr Temperature Sensor

Need an egr temperature sensor for my 1987 pontiac trans am with a 350 tpi V8 in it...can anyone help me out?

There's no "temperature sensor" in the EGR system, so I'm lost as to what you're looking for. Autozone/Advance/Oreilly/RockAuto all sell everything EGR associated.

Yes, there is a temp sensor in the EGR valve for TPI.

Just go to the parts store and buy one.

the part is discontinued, find it on bay for about $80 dollars. see "EGR temp sensor has been discontinued"

IIRC, the MAF cars had a temp sensor and the SD cars don't. So might be why camaronewbie thought there wasn't a temp sensor. I don't ever recall seeing anything on my car that looks remotely close to what is pictured above. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The SD cars register the change in manifold vac through the MAP sensor to determine if EGR gases are flowing when commanded
