oil pump i think?

oil pump i think?

so finally get car running sounds like it needed a valve lashing but when i got valve covers off discovered no oil getn to top of motor confirmed by starting it and still no oil. idk i think it a oil pump.

How long did it run? It takes a few minutes for the oil to get pumped up through the lifters.

intervals of 2-3 minutes. cuz i dont want to fry it.

you could try using one of these...

pull out the destributer and attach the top end to a drill.
no chance of frying anything
