compatibility questions between years
I have a crashed 86z but nearly everything is ok besides the frame and glass.
I am looking at rolling chasis' to swap my money pit over to.
Will I have problems making everything fit (such as front clip, suspension, etc.) if I buy a stripped down shell of a car from a different year?
I would guess I could use like an 88 iroc chasis and make everything fit but I am wondering if I should hold off and buy an exact match 86z
Thanks to anyone who can help!

Re: compatibility questions between years
Most everything should swap fine. There might be a few small issues to overcome - like ground effects - some years were slightly different ans thus had different mounting holes in different spots - but nothing that can't be easily dealt with.
