Code 42 after distributor swap...

Today, i changed my stock rusty distributor to the MSD 8366, changed my stock old ignition coil to the MSD 8226, changed my stock old ignition wires to the MSD 35599. It has got new spark plugs, too. Champion RC9YC.
I adjusted the ignition timing to 0°TDC without EST-connector and replugged it. Then, i disconnected the battery for a minute. The engine starts, but i´ve got the dtc 42. I´ve never had this code before. Do you think, the new ignition module is bad ?? The distributor is brandnew !!!

Ok, thread can be closed. The brandnew ignition module was damaged. I changed it to a good, used. Now, the ignition works perfectly !
