Car: 1992 camaro rs

Engine: v6

tps low voltage

i got code 22 for low voltage on tps and started testing it. i get a good sweep testing the sensor on ohms and then when i pluged the conector in and started to test for signal voltage i get only .3volts all across the board from closed to wot. i have a 5 volt reference. any ideas on fixing this?
