COMP Cams 1618 1.6 Rocker Arms
I wanted to replace the rockers on my stock 90 Iroc with the l98.
I did a bit of searching and Comp Cams 1618 seem to be what I'm after.
Just had a few questions:
Would they fit under my stock valve covers?
What valve springs would I need? Mine are stock and need replacing.
Anything else I should know about these?
This is my first car, and I'm very new to all of this.

Is your cam stock? If so, your springs should be fine. As for the fit you are probably ok, but if everything is stock, go with a rocker that is a 1.5 or 1.52 ratio. Look at Comp Cams 1412.

I forgot to mention, I know for a fact the 1412's will fit under stock valve covers because I am running them on my Camaro with stock valve covers.

Yeah, my cam is stock. I do plan on upgrading in the near future. Need save up and do a bit of research. I saw the 1412 kit, looks good but I kind of wanted to switch over to full rollers.
Its an old car and the PO didn't do much maintenance wise so I'm trying to replace as much as I can while I'm down there
Should I replace the pushrods and springs with factory spec?
I noticed rockauto has them pretty cheap.

If you are going to upgrade you need to buy stuff for the cam you are upgrading to and replace it all at once. I rebuilt my L98 last summer and upgraded at that time. I went with Comp, but really most any manufacturer you use will have matched components. I replaced the cam, lifters, push-rods, springs, retainers, locks, and rocker arms at the time and the the tech guy at Comp was very helpful. Everything I got was spec to the cam and it all fit great. The springs are critical because if you keep the stock heads, you need springs that will fit properly without too much machine work. I am very satisfied with the performance gain I picked up also. I also upgraded to higher rated injectors because of the work I had done to the heads and intake. (porting) If you go that route, I recommend our site sponsor Southbay Fuel Injectors.
