'82 crossfire running badly

The engine will start and run but it only wants to idle for about 30 seconds and shutoff, as if the air to the engine is being cutoff... When you give it a little throttle it will save itself but then it does it all over again... You can't give it full throttle as it acts like it is being flooded and shuts off... On another note the "check engine light" is on the whole time...

Everything in the Engine has been replaced except for the fuel injection manifold, that is the original...almost the entire fuel system has been replaced, fuel lines, filter, pump, tank, injectors...

This is my first rebuild and I have NO clue what the problem could be... Any help would be appreciated...

Take a paper clip and bend it so you can stick one end in the A port and the other end in the B port of the ALDL port. Then count the number of times the check engine light blinks.
