Throttle cable attachments
Throttle cable attachments
Hey guys, I need help here im confused, On the throttle body there are 3 cables that come off it, the throttle, the tv cable and and another one that goes to a rubber pump thing, what is the rubber pump looking thing? and should it be pressed in when I press on the gas or should it not be moving at all? because the way the cable is hooked up to the TB with the long oval type connecter, when the throttle opens it just passes through the opening, not engaging the cable to press the pump thing. Is this right? because I know on my 1990 K5's 350 it had the same pump looking thing and it was pressed in everytime you step on the gas. so im kinda confused, Thanks in advanced guys!
