the 2.8 in my 86 camaro started to knock so i bought a 2.8 out of a 93 s10 and dropped it in my camaro after i took the TBI stuff off and isntalled my MPFI stuff back on. well after i got it to run its shaking like hell!! well my question is this, i remembed someone saying the 86s flexplate was externally balanced but i remembed the later year v6s were internally balanced. is this true? do i need to get a new flexplate?

 

also if i do can i use one off an 88 camaro 2.8?
