305 tpi making noise..

Car: 86 Iroc + 83 Firebird
Engine: Iroc 305 TPI, Firebird 305 4bbl
Transmission: 700r4 in both.
Axle/Gears: Iroc 3.27 Firebird 3.23
305 tpi making noise..
I have a 305tpi iroc, has new plugs, 8m wires, msd cap and rotor. and ran some seafoam through it. and now when at idle it randomly goes thud like it's mis firing. seem to only happen when i put the seafoam in. any ideas?

sounds to be electrical issue, would the ignition coil be the cause (hei) or are those they work or the don't work sort of thing?
