So my girlfriend got my car hot not long ago. Water pump burnt out and she kept driving it till the engine just wouldn't stay running any more. Ever since then the engine will not run a normal temp, it just heats up till it shuts off. Noticed my freeze plug is leaking now. And also noticed my engine smokes from near the back of the passenger side head. I assume its oil blowing out onto the exhaust, but not real sure cause I can't see anything leaking in that general area. Any ideas?

 

i noticed a little smoke coming from the passenger side at the rear of the motor and wasent sure what it was at first, did some digging, and it ended up being my oil breather (on the top of the passenger side valve cover) it was some jap one that wasent even the right size, i bought a new one, a chevy one, and no more smoke.
