starting getting power but not enough to start

ok heres the deal when i turn the key i would say 50% of the time the sylenoid clicks sometimes once sometimes 5 times but it always start eventually. the battery is less than a year old the starter is less than a day old alt. is less than a year old. i hot wired the car to see if it was my igntion switch nope same thing happened. has anyone had this issue before is there a bad ground somewhere?

Check the connector to the neutral safety switch - mne did it and I found the connector was coming loose from the switch, drove me crazy for over 3 years until I finally figured it out.

where is the switch located i looked at the diagram but physically on the car. and yours had the same symptoms im assuming?
