I screwed up please help
Ok so I went to fix my cigarette lighter and ended up doing more harm then good
I switched my console to a later model with the other style cigarette lighter not the standard 3rd gen one also so I cut the original power wire and I was making a new connection.
So I accidentally let the power wire touch the floor one quick spark nothing happened and all was good so I don't think I blew a fuse at that point, so i continued on well I made another rookie mistake I connected the power wire to the cigarette outlet and then went to connect the ground after it started to spark before i could make the connection to the tab and thats when the trouble started so now I have no dome, no horn, no courtesy lights and no radio.
Now I know these all run off the same fuse and I checked the fuse and nothing its fine i switched fuses anyways and still nothing I'm wondering do you think I created a short somewhere. Before I start tearing wires apart any other ideas?
Any help would be great

Can only really be an open circuit fuse or the wiring downstream. U got a meter? - is there 12v on both ends of the fuse? Might have to unpick the loom a bit down from the fusebox, and see if the volts reach the splice S203, which distributes power to all those devices.
