Best heads
I am going to go with a Stealth-Ram set up with my Paxton, looking to add heads and a cam, any thoughts on bang for the buck. It is a 305 TPI now with the Paxton, being it is a 91 Z convertible I want to keep the original motor (has 88,000 miles) I know I could drop a 350 in but i want to keep the original motor.
I was going to do the Vortech heads and a Edelbrock Vortech TPI base but that dam manifold is $600-700

Re: Best heads
I did not see that it had a Vortech version, with vortech stealth-ram and aluminum heads and a better cam I should hit about 325hp correct? with my Paxton being redone and the new impellar they are rating it at an additional 120hp on top of the motor. With the 700R4 I will be happy if I get about 360 or so to the rear wheels.
I am starting on the body this weekend, need to patch the firewall and the floors, then the entire body. I hope to have this back on the road by mid October.

N/A LT1s with a LT4 hot-cam regularly hit 330rwhp and they have head flow similar to a vortec head, and the HSR has similar flow and power curves.
