Engine Suffix Wrong?

Figured I would post up to see if someone can figure out an issue I am having with my 350 block. The engine stamp is 3970010 which doesn't really say much, but I am trying to figure out what is up with the suffix on the passenger side front block near the water pump it says V0302CLY. Now deciphering this and you get the (V) Flint (03) March (02) and here is where I am lost. According to this website http://www.nastyz28.com/gm-chevy-cod...s-suffix-2.php there is no such thing as a CLY code. I can testify with 4 other people that the block does in fact have CLY at the end. Can anyone figure out what it is?
