Places to buy a custom rotating assembly?

I'm putting a turbo on my 350 sb and am looking to go with a new rotating assembly, swapping out the cast crank/rods/cast pistons with a forged setup. My engine is a GM 350 HO crate engine with 25k on it. It is standard bore 4.000. I'm thinking I won't need to bore it .030 except possibly for the sake of piston availability. Compression ratio is currently 9.1 but I want to get it down in the mid to high 8's. Finding an off the shelf rotating assembly does not look like it's gonna happen, since I want to stick with standard bore, low compression forged pistons and have a one piece rear seal block. Might even go 383, not much more $. Any good places to check out? Advice?

I'm talking compression ratio, like 8.5-9:1
