stupid tach question

stupid tach question

i know i probably look like a super tard asking this, but on my tach there is that orange line from 5k-5.5k and then it goes to red. does that orange count as part of the redline? cause since i put a HD shift kit in, and i go wot my car shifts at just past the 5k mark.

alright, thanks haha i was a little worried with it, ive only stayed in the red for extended times a few times for testing my top speed and such but i know better i just didn't think shifting at the red was right for a car
