Can Pontiac 2.5l Head Bolts be retorque?

Transmission: THM200/ THM200r4
Axle/Gears: 2.93/ 2.41
Can Pontiac 2.5l Head Bolts be retorque?

So for the past couple of days Ive been working on replacing my head gasket and when removing the head bolts it came to mind?

Any ideas anyone?

head bolts are cheap if in dout replace them cheep insurance but Ive reused stock head bolts many times and never had a problem just put some moly lube on them before torquing them down.

Thanks thats what I kinda figured.

Got any tips on removing the cylinder head though, its being a little stubborn to lift off the block

Those head bolts should without a doubt be replaced.The best deal is to buy a Fel Pro head gasket SET,it comes with all the gaskets you need,as well as the new bolts.
On a side note,2.5 heads are notorious for cracking,I strongly advise you to have it checked for cracks,and resurfaced.

I order a new bolt set when i ordered a reman head off ebay
for the price i got quoted by a machine shop i went ahead with a reman head
