please help me decode my engine
Could you help me decode my engine, i need head gaskets so i want to know what engine this came out of. i know its a truck 350. i have attached pictures of the codes.... thanks

You don't need to know what it's out of, you only need to know it's a 350.

Your casting number indicates the engine came from a 1980-1985 truck and that it's a 350 with 4 bolt mains.
The UJB Suffix code indicates it came from a 1981 van or bus. It's a 350 with 4 bolt mains and is rated at 165 hp.
When ordering parts, just say it's a 1981 pickup truck.
