Awsome, leaking power steering pump
Started leaking about a week ago, after I changed the belt. So I was hoping it was just a loose fitting, but alas no such luck. The front seal on the pump is leaking. Think I may just rebuild it 13.00 dollars for a rebuild kit for sure.

Sounds like you pried against the reservoir (the big part) while tightening the belt.
Don't bet on an o-ring fixing it.... the reservoir is probably crushed and bent. You might get lucky but not likely.

Yeah that would do it...
You can try replacing the big o-ring but don't expect miracles. OTOH a replacement pump isn't all that $$$$ anyway so not a big deal really.

Yeah I'm going to keep adding fluid until this next weekend and just replace it then. No big deal only took me 30 minutes to take it off. Just know it is going to be difficult to get the high pressure hose off. Couldn't even get it to budge when I tried to take it lose today. Didn't want to go crazy on it with out a boxed end wrench.
