Car Won't Start. Would Appreciate Some Help.

Now Bare With Me I Know It Seems Like I'm Writing A Book Here But I Felt It's Necessary To Try And Bring Everyone Else Up To Speed. Alright Guys I've Got A 1989 IROC With The 305 TBI Auto Transmission. Car Needed Two Of The Studs Going From The Exhaust Manifold To The Pipe Replaced So I Parked The Car For A Few Days And At That Point It Ran Fine. So I Called Up The Mechanic And Had Him Replace The Studs For Me. He Had To Remove The Entire Manifold To Be Able To Get To The Studs. He Replaced The Studs With Brand New Ones And Put The Manifold Back On. Now In Doing This He Had To Disconnect The Spark Plug Wires And When He Put Them Back I Believe He May Have Connected The Spark Plug Wires On The Distributor Cap In The Wrong Spot But Since Since It Was Dark Out I wasn't Sure So I Let It Be. Not Long After Getting Everything Put Back Together I Realized That The Battery Drained Completely During The Day On Account Of The Door Had Been Open All Day And The Dome Light Had Been On The Entire Time. So We Attached The Jumper Cables And Let The Battery Charge For A Couple Minutes. After Letting The Battery Charge I Fired Up The Car. Everything Sounded Just Fine. A Few Minutes After We Got It Fired Up I Took The Car For A Short Test Drive. During The Test Drive I Noticed The Car Was Low On Power And Car Wouldn't Get Over 45 MPH Even Putting The Pedal All The Way To The Floor Nothing Happened. So I Got Back And Parked The Car Until The Next Day. So The Next Day I Go Outside To Start The Car Because I Had To Run To Town And It Was The Only Thing I Had. I Tried Starting The Car But No Dice. So I Get The Chilton Manual Out Of The Car And Check The Spark Plug Wires And Yes Two Of Them Were In The Wrong Spots. So I Connect Everything In The Right Spot And Try To Start The Car Again,But Again No Dice(Now This Time The Battery Sounds Like Its Starting To Get Low). So I Hook The Car Up To My Step Mom's Car For A Few Minutes Before She Has To Leave. So After Setting For A Few Moments I Try Starting The Car Again. Now This Time I Try Cranking It And The Volt Meter Reads Fine But As I'm Cranking The Battery Sounds Like Its Running Out Of Juice. Seems Kinda Odd To Me Since I'm Jumping The Car. So I Leave Everything How It Is. Later That Night My Dad Hooked The Battery Up To The Charger Overnight To See If Maybe I'm Just Having Battery Problems. So Next Day Comes Around And I Take The Charger Off And Try Starting The Car,But Once Again Nothing And Still Does The Same Thing. When I Start Cranking It It Starts Out Strong Then Starts To Seem Like It's Running Out Of Juice. So We Disconnect The Distributor Cap And Rotor Just To Try And Narrow Things Down And The Cap Seems In Not The Best Shape. On The Underside Of The Small Plug Wire Towers Are Covered In White Crystaly Looking Stuff So I Buy A New Cap And I Could Use A New Rotor As Well So I Buy A New One Of Those Too. So We Replace The Cap And Rotor And Try Firing It Up. Now This Time It Doesn't Sound Like The Battery Is Dieing But Still No Start Up. So This IS Where It Currently Sits. I've Also Pulled Plugs And They're All Gapped Correctly And I Can Tell The Car Is Getting Gas But Still Nothing. If There's Anything Else I Need To Let You Guy Know Just Let Me Know And I Can Check. Thanks Guys And I Would Really Appreciate Some Insight/Advice As To What Could Be Wrong With My Car.

I'd start by changing the ign. wires, cap, rotor, & if there are worn/corroded spark plugs & coil.
Turn the engine over til the timing mark is lined up to the timing tab (TDC). Hopefully the rotor will be point towards #1(it might be 180* out), if not turn engine over 1 more time, start replacing the #1 wire 1st. then follow the firing order in a clockwise direction.

Starting fluid, use it.

I love that thing, tells me right away whats wrong.

Report your results after using it. Also if you dont want to run to the local auto parts store, just drip a small amount of fuel into the tbi, should be a close result.
