Light Help
Alright this i just a quick question im hoping someone knows what i mean. About 4 months ago i was driving, minding my own busness. then behind me shows up a car with the headlights flashing but in a cool way. it was like a lightning strobe in the middle of them flashing back and forth. and it wasnt a cop because i ended up racing the cat but ive been looking franticly about what type of headlights those are or how they got that effect. it was inside the headlight and was something like this
(~)(*)..then (*)(~) but non stop. does anyone know of these?
thanks all

Re: Light Help
all it is is a strobe light that mounts in the headlight housing. i pulled a set from a wrecked ford suv police car. you drill a hole in the housing, install the light, and run it to a power source and switch.
but like i said, its totally illegal on a street car. you turn them on on the street and they can arrest you for impersonating a police officer if they wanna be dicks.

Re: Light Help
89 was the last year you could get the 2.8. its possible the stock 3.1 blew and the PO replaced it with a 2.8 out of a 89 or older
