oil lines need asisstance asap

i have a 91 camaro i literely just put the engine back together in the car i replaced the head gaskets so i have a oil pressure gauge but stock and after market the line to them decided to snap and now it is pissing oil everywhere. the line broke from behind the engine between that and the firewall i would like to know where the whole line comes from so i can plug it from a different area like it would be best to know where the whole line goes it ends up going through the firewall to the gauge but i really want to know where the other end starts any answer at this point would be helpful please and thank you

Top of the block right behind the distributor is a port that they may have tee off of.

i have found it would it be safe to just block it off or get a little cap for it or would that pose any dangers to the engine in theory it only goes to a gauge but who knows

Not plugging it is dangerous. Plugging it is good.

The hole in the block is 1/8 NPT, the remnants of whatever was installed there could be almost anything.
