Need Help.! Iroc Runs rough,backfire

I have had a problem with this project car 1987Camaro Iroc.5.0 5speed manual. The car turns on everytime, Idels ok but when it runs its real rough, along with some back fire. It takes along time for it to reach a around 50mph. and when it does it sounds like really rough..My brother and I replaced the fuel pump filter and fuel regulator with no help. I get no codes or check engine light. Also i had replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap rotor, and injectors when i first got it wich was about 2yrs ago. Does anyone have a clue where i can start alover again? Could it be a fuel problem or an egnition or timing problem. I am out of ideas. I really like ths car and dont want to sell it but it just sits in my garage and im getting somewhat frustrated..I would like to fix it myself if i can sot save some money.Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hook a vacuum gauge to the plenum area of your intake manifold and report what you see.

The plenum area of your intake manifold.
The PCV port is a common spot, or you could use the vacuum port for the brake booster.
