best cam for L69

Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.73
best cam for L69
I'd like to put a new cam in my L69. Of course i'm looking for the more aggressive sound but also looking for a performance increase. Any thoughts on what would be my best option? I'v been told to look into the Comp Thumper series but I don't know anything about cams
