Spark Plug help

Hi, I recently got a set of edelbrock aluminum heads, running about 9.5:1, they recommend a champion rc12yc plug, I have a set of delco r45ts plugs here should I return for this champion plug? they say must be a gasket style plug but I don't believe the r45ts fits this application, any help here much appreciated
