350 mild cam
Looking to get a mild cam, 100-200$.. im planing on a single or double turbo in the future, also a timing cain . I just dont know what specs to look at for the cam. Thank You

Get a cam for the motor you have now.
The cam for the whateverelseondowntheroad will want to be COMPLETELY different. No way to get one that will do both duties acceptably.
Not even worth trying anyway. The key to understanding why is right here.
For the timing chain, get an actual ROLLER; not a "truck roller". Reason being, the cheeeeeeeepies aren't "roller" at all, they just look like it, they're REALLY bushings. They wear (aka "stretch") more faster than stock Link-Belt style ones. Or, just get a stock one, it's perfectly fine; and avoid the possibility of having to clearance your block, as some of them require.

Well, that would depend on the rest of the motor and car.
If it's for a 305 w TPI on it, especially if it still has the stock 2.73 gears, about the farthest I'd go is a Comp "502" grind; and even that is probably too much. If the exhaust is stock I wouldn't even bother with the cam until after that.

im going to be dropping a 350.. it has headers single in duel out w/ no converter and it does have stock 2.73 gears

all original 1988 TPI 350, tranny is a beefed up 700r4, headers..single pipe with 80 series flowmaster and everything else is stock
