oil leak! help needed

so ive noticed a oil leak. i look under the car and see that my oil filter is wet with oil? so i check if its tight, and it is. so i then pull the filter off to check the gasket/o-ring on the filter is cracked. its fine, but just to be sure i changed the filter anyways and its still leaking! it appears to be from somewhere above the oil filter. but idk anyhelp is much needed!

If your car has a oil cooler or even if it doesnt, check the oil filter adapter that bolts to the block for being cracked or broken.
