Best way to fix Aircleaner stud?

Hey guys,

the air cleaner stud on my intake won't tighten down, I think the threads inside the intake are shot because it almost tightens down, then spins. Other than double-bubble, or JB weld, what would be the best way to fix it? I'd like to be able to remove it if I need to.
