OK, so i have an F1 powerd 388. It has belt slip issues and all. Dealing with those things now. But on another note, how would a colder plug help/hurt the motor? I can't remember what plug I have on it now, but how do you know what temp plug to run?

I know with forced induction you want to run at least one range colder than stock, but why is that? Shoud I go even colder than that? If so how do I know?
