Need experienced eyes to look @ datalog
Hey guys,
I was finally about to get a scan on my car. I'm having idle problems (won't come down from high idle), running rich problems (exhaust smells of gas & bad MPG), backfire problems (when using engine to slow down car, like when coming down big hills, sounds like I'm making popcorn outta my exhaust tips from =/- 2800 RPMs and higher). These are just some issues I'm trying to resolve from this log.
Here is a link to the log exported from TunerPro R/T, and uploaded to my Google Docs account. Make sure you scroll to the right to see all info: http://goo.gl/yhb8N
I noticed my coolant temp never climbs above 181.63* F, even though my gauge says it's over 220. There is never a fan request, even if my fan is running. You can't tell so much in this log, but the one I took just before it, AS the car was warming up, you could see the idle constantly climb. I have read on here many times that the IAC count should be around 30, which mine never hits. At idle, my TPS voltage is high (.94v) even though last time I set it, it was set @ .54v.
I need some help troubleshooting this information so that I can figure out what is wrong. The backfiring problem I've been told is most likely my valves, but I'm not sure.
Also, when logging data with TunerPro, I had to do it with the 10k resistor in place. I've been told this makes the ECM run the car different, but it was the only way to keep the data coming in.
Any and all help is very much appreciated.

I have read that if my rpm climbs even after warming up, I have a problem with my IAC. I have noticed my engine rpm climbing with no increase in IAC steps. If the data I'm getting is correct, how is my idle climbing when there is no adjustment from the IAC?
