What exactly does this mean...?? =P

So on my LG4 84 Z28 I removed spark plug #2 and this is what it looked like....when I smelled it it smelled like gasoline.....PS...I am also going to change plugs but just wanted to know why exactly this means....thanks!

and PS.....The plug was a little loose and I was actually able to remove it by hand....no ratchet..

The plug was not firing and because it was loose, you have blow by on the plug. Make sure you clean the threads out in the head so the plug gets a good ground.

wow that's a decent amount of gunk on there. Definitely clean the threads, check the wire on that plug, check the cap and rotor, too. are any other plugs like that?

i highly recommend you check them all. you want to make sure you don't have a bigger problem. it could be as simple as replacing some ignition tune-up parts or deeper like a leaking injector(s). how has the car been running up until now?
