Car slow after complete restoration.... Need help

I recently finished my 84 camaro complete overhaul. Long story short I did all suspension/installation myself but had the motor assembled by a performance shop. The motor is a 355 234/244 mech roller cam, mallory unlite dist world product sportsman 2 heads ported, performer rpm intake full exhaust and so on aka its not a week motor. 2400 stall turbo 400 9 bolt rear with 4.11 full suspension tubular umi everything. I have shot tires on it and had an edlbrock performer 750 and it wouldn't spin the tires! Assumed and hoped over carbed switched to a Holley 650 and it still won't spin the tires from a dead stop. Something is wrong, fuel delivery? I've done everything I can think of and don't understand why the car won't move like it should. Thanks in advance and hope someone can supply some insight

Stacking high performance parts together dosen't always add up to a high performance engine. All the parts need to match each other, and if one little thing is overlooked, it's gonna run really bad. I would check the basics first, like valvetrain and ignition.

My builder and I picked all these parts specifically should have mentioned that. I was thinking the unilite or fuel delivery as my top 2 but haven't found a problem yet

I just did some reading up on adjusting these distributors. I assumed that since it starts so well that the initial timing is good, but am used to vacuum advance distributors so i never though about changing the springs.
