Extreme Cold Start need some help.

Thinking of buying a 1986 T/A WS6 that has been sitting for 10years now, it hasn't ran at all in this time period but before it was parked it ran fine, the body is still good on it and it has been well maintained, I was wondering what do I need to look out for on this car and if I buy it what should I expect to get the motor running, I want to try cranking the motor by hand before buying it, it has a 305 carb motor originally TPI, All new front brakes + rear axle redone ,new lifetime radiator ,center-force dual friction clutch and pressure plate ,B&M short throw shifter, polyurethane bushings on transmission and torque arm.

I was planning on this with the motor..

Turn over by hand
Change Oil with Synthetic 5w 30
Drain and Flush Rad
Replace thermostat
Replace Spark Wires and Plugs
Clean Distrubutor Points
Marvel Mystery Oil in the cylinders in I can find some where I live
Replace Fuel Filter and drain gas tank of old gas

If I do happen to buy this car, I will place a thread and you guys will be able to follow my restoration on this car.

Turn over by hand...... Yes , do this .....
Change Oil with Synthetic 5w 30..... No , change with whatever is already in use ! If conventional , stick with that for now .
Drain and Flush Rad ...... I'd just make sure it's full of proper antifreeze (squeeze bulb tester) and leave it at that .
Replace thermostat...... Why ? unless you have reason to believe it has failed ? They either work or they don't , why bother changing a working one ?
Replace Spark Wires and Plugs ..... Plugs maybe , but if wires look OK , I'd leave em for now .
Clean Distrubutor Points ..... No points in our beloved third gens . Electronic ign.
Marvel Mystery Oil in the cylinders in I can find some where I live ..... If it turns by hand in step one , skip the oil in the cylenders , why foul the plugs with it if the engine already turns ok ?
Replace Fuel Filter and drain gas tank of old gas....... Both great ideas , and yes , I'd do both before I even once turned the key (no need of pumping the tank's 10 year old slime through the system .

If I do happen to buy this car, I will place a thread and you guys will be able to follow my restoration on this car.
I hope I answered them all ?

I would pull the plugs and squirt just a tad bit of oil into the cylinders, as they've been dry 10 years. Just to help ease the motor into rotation and prevent cylinder scoring. Then put your plugs back in and hand crank it. Then I'd let it sit for 30 min or so to let the oil settle and drain.

100% Drain and purge the fuel system.

Drain and Fush radiator? As long as it tests good, no need to do this.
