best cam for 186 heads?

I just got a 1969 350/300 motor It is stock. here are the specs.
10/25/1 compression
3927186 heads with 1.94 valves
flat top pistons

I am beefing it up a bit but I am confused on what cam and lifters to get. I want to try to avoid a stall speed if need be. this will be my daily driver.I was thinking about this cam.

I will be putting these on the motor.
Elderbrock performer intake
1406 600cfm carb
msd street fire dizzy
th350
2.42 posi stock 87 camaro
3.0 in exhaust with headers.

All this is going in a 83 camaro

thanks for the help.

Re: best cam for 186 heads?

That's a fairly mild cam, might not be as big as the stock one in that motor. Your old intake might have more hood clearance and flow well, but heavy since it's cast iron. Your not going to like the gearing of the th350 and that rearend driving around town. I'd try to go with a four speed auto and 3.08 or 3.42 gears if you like acceleration from a stop.
