.470 lift w/ 416s

Engine: 6.0/5.0
Transmission: 4L60E/T5
Axle/Gears: 4.10/3.73
.470 lift w/ 416s
wondering what it takes to get a 416 casting head to safely handle .470 lift. i know i need new springs but am unsure about what else. should i use a different type of valve seal? different retainers on the exhaust? +50 locks? any help would be awsome. thanks Mark
