1987 350 vacuum help needed
ok i need some help. my throttle body has 3 exposed nipples that vacuum lines for my emissions used to be. the engine has been molested and lines were removed some were just plugged i have 2 on passenger side, and one on the bottom of the driver side. i have my emissions sticker on the hood it says ZDU but not as descriptive. any help is appreciated

The ones under the idle air housing are for coolant your better off leaving it the way it is.

Top goes to pass valvecover.
2nd down goes to evap charcoal canister
3rd is coolant outlet. the inlet is in front under the t-body. its common to bypass this and its ok to leave open.

if the 3rd is for coolant wont the part be overheating? what does it cool? i never heard of the throttle body needing coolant but this is my first tuned port 350 firebird

Other than that it just adds unneeded heat to the incoming air.
If you drive in cold snowy weather, hook it up, if not, its fine as is.

no ill only be driving it in the summer months but right now im working on it therefore running it at times in my garage is that hurting anything? i looked on valve cover and saw PO put a breather on thats why the throttle body line was plugged, should i put it back or leave it like it is? is there anything to gain or loose?
