need help with rear main seal cover bolts!

I need help figuring out where the bolts go. I have the two small hex heads, a long bolt, spacer, stud and nut.

Okay thanks. Does that spacer go with the stud then somehow? Also is there suppose to be two studs for the oil pan? Or do the oil pan bolts thread into the cover? I've never built a later model block so I'm not sure
