Hi I have a 1988 firebird tpi 5.0 been sitting for a little over 10 years I just replaced fuel pump and filter and did a tune up, after I got it started I noticed that the maf wasn't plugged in. I plugged it in and it ran ok when I restarted tho it would not idle and was not throwing a code. It is still doing this and now it is also now revving high when I first start it and it will not idle with or without it off I think the timing is just off for that but it's worth a shot asking help would be appreciated thanks!

 

The injectors are all good they ohm at 16.5 and all wires cap rotor ignition coil and plugs were replaced just confused on why it runs better without it in and if I should get a new maf
