I tried to search on this but couldn't really find anything to help me out.
I just replaced my fuel pump but I can still not get it to cycle. I hooked it straight to the battery and the fuel pump does work. I checked the fuse, relay, connections, etc. but I still can't get the fp to run.
Could this be an issue related to the VATS? If anyone has insight or suggestions on my issue I would appreciate it...

If you check everything then it's prob a vats issue did you bypass vats to see if you have same issue
