vortec 350 flutter in 2nd gear
I'm having an issue with my newly rebuilt motor. The issue Im having is that if I get into the gas or go WOT it runs fine through 1st, but at the end of 2nd the motor starts to flutter in and out like its not getting enough gas to accelerate more. Iv put in a new distributer, rebuilt my carb, installed a new carb fuel pump and ask still getting the same issue. Any advice or know where I can look?

Where are in the timing??. Locked dizzy??.36 degrees total??. All in by 2500??.
You said you put on a new pump,but didn't say what kind or brand or what the fuel pressure is while it is acting up.
